The main club night is on a Thursday evening. We meet at the Windrush Leisure Centre in Witan Way,Witney at 7pm. There are a variety of different distances and speeds available. You are then welcome to stay behind in the bar afterwards for a drink and a chat.

Members also meet every Tuesday evening at the Windrush leisure centre. In the winter there is a published programme of repetition sessions varying from 200m up to a mile in a variety of locations around the town. They are suitable for most levels including that of the now rather slow chairman (his words not mine). who devises them. He also publishes a programme for the summer, which on alternate weeks is based upon a tough hill session in Crawley and repetitions on the grass track at Wood Green School, which they most graciously allow us to use. Just to show that we can sometimes be sensible we do not collect in the leisure centre bar on Tuesdays.

Longer Sunday morning runs are also organised leaving the Leisure Centre at 9.30 am. Longer distances leading up to the London Marathon.

The club hosts two races a 10 Mile race The Cotswold Classic run in mid September and a race in the Oxford Mail League Cross Country League.
